POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Operations Readiness Senior Director, the Senior Manager of Operational Readiness, Intake & Impact Assessment is a strategic leadership position responsible for leading the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of critical business needs and requests. The Senior Manager will lead a team of Senior Advisors to establish and implement a structured approach to evaluating and aligning work across CX&OE.
The Senior Manager will ensure that intake processes are efficient and strategically aligned, providing leadership and direction. Responsibilities include managing the intake and impact framework, guiding incoming requests, and leading cross-functional partnerships throughout the processes. This role will collaborate closely with other Operations Readiness leads to ensure seamless integration through the review and prioritization process and ultimately the delivery of the projects/initiatives. Additionally, this role will drive improvements, enhance decision-making, and partner closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and other enablement leads.
Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be asked to work onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement frameworks for intake management and impact assessment, ensuring alignment with CX&OE priorities and OE objectives. Leads the intake and impact assessment workflow, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to evaluating incoming business requests Monitor and report on the progress of intake requests and prioritization efforts, providing regular updates to senior leadership Identify and mitigate risks to the Operations. Drive continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the intake and impact assessment processes Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems; proactively seek automation opportunities and introduce AI solutions where appropriate Leads a team of Senior Advisors to ensure timely and successful implementation of operational changes. Facilitates cross-functional forums across Technology, Operations, Product, and Ops Enablement to determine impact and prioritization of critical initiatives Ensures effective communication with key stakeholders and can influence and drive change when/where needed Effectively leads teams through instilling a healthy culture and driving resultsKey Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; post graduate degree or professional certifications preferred 7+ years experience in relevant operations environment; operational readiness experience preferred6+ years of progressive leadership experience supervising teamsDemonstrated ability to think strategically and facilitate discussions across a matrix organization Advanced knowledge of the healthcare industry required Strong executive presence with a track record of effectively engaging with a broad range of high-level stakeholders Demonstrated influence within complex, innovative and evolving cultures Leadership experience with proven ability to attract exceptional talent and develop effective teamsCompetencies

Strategic Vision and Agility - Ability to think strategically, to be analytically minded and to adjust with nimbleness to directional changes based on data.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 124,400 - 207,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
