Role Responsibilities
Support the execution of proactive communication plans and campaign contentDeliver communication programs for therapeutic areas, pipeline launches, and product milestonesExecute brand and reputation campaigns across SSACoordinate internal communication activities including newsletters, intranet updates, and associate engagementProvide tactical support for stakeholder communication and media engagementContribute to crisis preparedness and support Director in rapid response scenariosMonitor and report on communication performance and engagement analyticsEnsure consistent messaging across countries and channelsCollaborate with global and country teams to align execution with overarching strategyKey Performance Indicators
Quality and timeliness of communication executionEngagement rates on internal and external platformsInternal feedback and employee participation in comms initiativesSupport and impact of launch campaigns and TA communicationsConsistency and alignment across channels and marketsContribution to successful stakeholder and media engagementExecution support during crisis or reputational issuesRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in multi-country rolesFluent in English and French an advantageExperience in campaign management and content creation across channelsStrong storytelling and writing skillsCollaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesExperience in healthcare or life sciences preferredWhy Novartis: Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
