What You'll Do
POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager- FP&A would be working with the India Senior Director, Finance in multiple areas of financial reporting, planning and analysis. A self- starter and target oriented go getter who would be able to look at different facets of business finance and deliver the desired results. The position is built around teamwork and meeting customer needs. The FP&A leader teams with the Managing director and Partners, other BST functions in India and the Regional Finance community. The work is fast paced, intellectually intense and very visible. For success in this role, the individual must be business savvy, service-oriented, hands-on, a strong team player and capable of working flexibly and across all levels of staff in a complex matrixed organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO •Analyze the trends of the Key performance Indicators relating to financial and other metrics (sales, revenues, FTE, DSO etc..).•Monitor the KPI’s , identify the cause of variances and report to the finance leadership•Own and develop the annual and yearly operating plans for the India business•Own the preparation and delivery of all MIS, reports, analysis and insights to the leadership. Continuously be on the lookout for ways to improve the reporting and the delivery of the same to the leadership•Supporting any ad-hoc business performance reporting•Drive automation by supporting the implementation and usage of business intelligence tools and dashboards.•Support the management team, Practice Area leaders and the finance leadership with data driven analysis•Regular update and maintenance of order book for decision support to leadership across the company•Work with the commercial and other finance teams in reviewing the commercial metrics, reviewing/building Standard Operating Procedures to ensure no slippages in the capturing, processing, and reporting of commercial data•Prepare information for important meetings like Nodes forum, MT, Operating committee etc•Successfully lead a team of 6-7 Analysts, Senior Analysts and Team LeaderWhat You'll Bring
•MBA Finance or Chartered Accountant•7-8 years’ experience in core FP&A role with overall experience of 12-15 years•Experience in analysis, use of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.), reporting andbudgeting•Adept at MS Excel and making crisp and well structured, presentations for senior stakeholders•Hands-on experience with business partnership and financial support•Fluency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills, both oral and written•Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.Who You'll Work With
