Job Purpose

To be responsible for orchestrating and developing comprehensive training programs and content development aimed at equipping Juristic staff and clients with the necessary skills and knowledge about our Corporate Digital banking platform as well as delivering internal training across NCIB.

Job Responsibilities Co-develop & execute the learning strategy for the Corporate Digital Banking platform and NCIB internal training in support of and as an enabler, to the Business and Strategy.  Ability to research trends and benchmark best practices and translate them into applicable approaches for the business.  Conduct thorough assessments to identify the training needs across NCIB, working with the relevant stakeholders.  Develop high-quality training content, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules  Investigate, implement, and leverage Nedbank’s digital learning solutions / platforms in line with the enterprise strategic learning objectives to execute on the learning strategy.  Introduce innovative training solutions and technologies to enhance the learning experience and effectiveness   Apply best practice principles of adult learning 70:20:10, learning styles and various instructional design approaches and processes to learning content.  Partner with change lead to develop training programs that support new initiatives, processes, and technologies.  Define learning objectives in line with the Businesses learning strategy, and coordinate with internal trainers and business, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver specialised training sessions  Monitor the use of Learning Technologies globally, locally & within Nedbank and Introduce innovative training solutions and technologies to enhance the learning experience and effectiveness  Keep abreast on global instructional design and Learning Technology developments.  Leverage various training technologies and platforms to deliver training content effectively, including Nedbank Digital learning platform, Nedbank DAP webinars, and virtual classrooms and Monitor licence renewals  Communicate consistently to stakeholders on digital learning developments.  Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of training programs. This could include assessments, surveys, and employee performance data.  Guide & work with key/senior stakeholders (from a content perspective) from design to implementation to fully understand training needs and assist them to make the correct decision regarding their training needs   Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, participant progress, and overall program effectiveness to present to management and stakeholders.  Lead and manage the training team, provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities   Mentor and coach trainers to enhance their skills and effectiveness in delivering training programs.  Develop and manage the team capacity, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support training initiatives  Collaborate with various business owners, relevant stakeholders to understand their training needs and to develop tailored training solutions.  Encourage team to pursue ongoing professional development opportunities and supporting their growth through continuous learning programs.  Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards of excellence.  Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry regulations and legal requirements.  Develop standardised training procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and quality across all training initiatives.  Use appropriate project management in planning digital learning projects.  Deliver digital learning projects within agreed time, quality and budget.  

 

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Diploma Preferred Qualification

Honours Degree (HR Development, HR, Education, Industrial Psychology, Business Management)

Minimum Experience Level

4 years within Learning and Development at a managerial level
3 years strategic/tactical learning and development experience within a Digital Learning environment
