Responsibilities\nLead and manage the transport team, ensuring high performance and meeting KPI and service delivery levels.\nOversee the planning, execution and smooth running of transport fleet operations.\nActively support the business development process in growing the business, including contract negotiation, implementation and developing effective transport solutions.\nResponsible for operational design and costing of solutions\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.\nManage transport department P&L, budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings while considering the business requirements.\nEnsure compliance with regulations, including working hours, licensing, permits and safety standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance.\nDevelop and execute operational strategies aligned with company.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field\nMinimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in 3PL, automotive or transport operations management\nProven experience in managing large team\nStrong sense of business and commercial acumen with strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills\nHighly organized, proactive, and meticulous with a high degree of drive and professionalism\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders\nStrong analytical skills with data-driven approach to decision-making\nAble to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment\n
