Pearson, a global leader in digital learning, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive innovation in the GED Testing Service. This role is dedicated to enhancing the digital experience for adult learners, ensuring they successfully persist in their journey toward GED completion.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, and AI consultants to enhance user experience.
+ Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
+ Optimize user experiences across digital platforms, including websites and a mobile app.
+ Bridge business and technology by translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
+ Utilize analytics tools to track performance and drive data-driven decisions.
+ Oversee AI strategy implementation in collaboration with developers and consultants.
+ Establish a cohesive design system and style guide to streamline product development.
**What We’re Looking For:**

Ownership, collaboration, and getting things done are key to your success in this role.
+ 5+ years in Technology Product Management, preferably in software, technology, or ed-tech.
+ 3+ years of UX design experience with a focus on customer success.
+ Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and roadmap planning tools.
+ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Experience leading digital product development with a user-centric approach.

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $110,000 - $130,000.
