**Primary Job Function**
Serves as the division talent and organization consultant TOC consulting leader. Plans, executes, and delivers talent and organization strategies and interventions for the respective assigned division including:
+ Developing division talent and organization strategy to support the execution of business strategy and the unique business needs of the division.
+ Determining how talent and organization solutions are used to achieve long-term business impact success and add value to meet organizational needs.
+ Analyzing, designing, and delivering a range of talent and organization solutions and designing and implementing talent development interventions to meet employee and organizational needs.
**Core Job Responsibilities**
+ Work with division business and HR leaders to assess, diagnose, plan, and implement strategic talent and organization solutions to support business strategy.
+ Provides consulting support to BHR and/or key customers and stakeholders on executing key talent and organization strategies and initiatives across all functions and levels on in the organization including field commercial, site manufacturing operations, and other.
+ Acts as a partner with BHR and business leaders to provide talent & organization support to achieve business objectives.
+ Measures and reports the impact of talent and organization interventions using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.
+ Leverages BHR and business input to develop the annual Talent Development plan.
+ Proactively works with Talent Development practice center partners to design and implement talent and organization plans. This may include organization/ team effectiveness, talent management, leadership development and change management.
+ Supports talent management-related activities such as division TMR/ETMR preparation and facilitation.
+ Facilitates leadership new leader assimilations, workshop interventions and team meetings
**Position Accountability / Scope**
Reports to the Director Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) and will work directly and independently with HR DVP. Interacts and partners with:
+ Business leaders including Corporate Officers, DVPs, GMs other leaders
+ HR including: BHR DVPs, HR Directors and Regional/Affiliate BHR
+ TOC colleagues and Talent Development practice center colleagues
**Minimum Education Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in OD, HR or related field or MBA preferred.
**Travel Requirements**
Must have flexibility to travel Globally as needed, based on business priorities. A minimum of 50% travel is required. Travel may vary depending on project demands.
**Experience / Training**
10 years of progressive talent and organization development experience in a variety of disciplines including OD, consulting, org design, talent management, leadership development, training, performance management and change management. Experience working in large, complex global organizations. Experience in large professional services consulting preferred.
The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 – $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
