\nResponsibilities\nWe are seeking a dynamic and self-starting Senior Manager, Product Management with an entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about innovation and excellence in product development. This role will manage the Vendor Managed Inventory initiative, aimed at optimising global logistics operations by enabling Inbound/Outbound Inventory processes including optimized storage in Warehouses across sites, countries, and regions. Product Strategy and Roadmap
\n\nDevelop and implement product strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth.\nDefine product vision, strategy and roadmap based on business demand, competitive research, customer (internal/external) needs and feedback.\nCreate and maintain strategic product roadmap, Scope, and prioritize IT activities based on business and customer impact.\nLead the IT Product lifecycle to support complex supply chain business processes in Asia Pacific market.\nAnalyse the market to make sure the product continues to offer advantages and develop unique value propositions for software solution products.\n\n\n
Product Collaboration and Communication
\n\nCreate buy-in for the product/Solution vision both internally and with key external partners.\nIdentify opportunities for product improvements together with the regional business stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, procurement, and External/Internal IT to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.\nEnsures compliance with architectural, Infosec, Data Privacy and regulatory policies for responsible product.\nLead product launches and communication regarding new releases, new feature and change management,\nProduct metrics to wide range of stakeholders from operator on ground to top IT & Business executive.\nRepresent the company, where required, at customer level to solicit feedback on company products and services.\n\n\n
Product Delivery and IT Execution
\n\nTranslate Product/Solution strategy into detailed IT requirements and prototypes.\nDirects solutions/products from original concept, through IT solution definition and design to final implementation ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.\nInterfaces with all areas affected by the product/solutions including executive levels.\nManage product lifecycle, including software planning, development, testing, and launch and change management across enterprise.\nFully responsible for IT execution and delivery cycle by leading diverse teams of external/Internal IT providers and overall Service management of VMI product/Solution.\nManaging the different suppliers for the application and linking business demand to IT supply capabilities.\n\n\n
Product Measurement and Monitoring
\n\nDevelop Product/Solution pricing and positioning strategies including full P/L responsibility for strategic specialist product with high visibility across Enterprise.\nTrack product performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.\nMonitor, analyse, and act on key product success criteria and analytics. Continually improve the product, increase retention rate, and boost customer lifetime value.\nGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps and generate innovative ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.\n\n\nRequirements\nExtensive experience as a product manager for complex supply chain products across APAC, preferably in the logistics / supply chain industry.\n7-10 years of full-scale product management experience, overseeing all product lifecycle activities.\nProven background in product design, IT solutioning, and collaboration with diverse IT and non-IT stakeholders on mid-large scale supply chain products.\nSuccessful track record in IT solution design, data and systems analysis, systems integration, and implementation.\nDomain knowledge in customer-facing logistics systems or ability to quickly learn new domains.\nSolid understanding of supply chain processes, particularly in Inbound/Outbound inventory management, warehousing, or fulfillment.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with a good grasp of the software delivery lifecycle\nSelf-starter capable of anticipating future demand from product lifecycle activities and thriving under pressure with minimal supervision.\nGet-it-done attitude: adept at breaking down organizational silos and achieving goals in a matrix environment while adopting best practices efficiently.\nStrong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate risks and set priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical senior management in a multicultural setting.\nEnergetic and results-oriented product professional with a collaborative management style.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring product delivery and IT execution remain on track.\nPlease note that we prefer to offer a local package for this position based on your current location in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or India, to handle the role for APAC region.
