The Patent Portfolio Transformation Office is responsible for driving and coordinating our transformation efforts, covering all aspects of our operations from the operating model, governance, processes, and ways of working to IT systems, tooling, data, analytics, automation, and AI. 

The Patent Portfolio organization itself manages Nokia's industry-leading patent portfolio and is dedicated to enhancing the value derived from Nokia’s patents and R&D efforts.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic strategy and project management professional to lead strategic projects and drive the transformation agenda in the Patent Portfolio organization of Nokia Technologies. In this role, you will coordinate the Transformation Office's development initiatives, contribute hands-on to high-impact project streams as well as help drive analytical problem solving and program communications. This is a unique opportunity to join the transformation journey of the Patent Portfolio organization at an early stage in a high impact role.

You have:

4+ years of proven experience on strategy, market analysis, and analytical problem solving from top-tier strategy / management consulting, investment banking, or private equity Strong academic record with a master’s degree in a relevant field Proven track-record of delivering excellent results in demanding fast-paced project environments Strategic thinker with a strong command of analytical problem solving and data analyses Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively at different levels of abstraction Able to handle complex concepts and translate complex analyses into clear recommendations Team player with ability and drive to independently produce quality deliverables on tight deadlines Highly proficient in producing high-quality materials and sharp executive level presentations Self-starter and completer-finisher with project management experience Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Strong project management skills and a proven track-record of delivering diverse engagements Highly proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development Hands-on experience from operating model development and organizational transformation Exceptional influencing and change management capabilities
