In this influential role, you'll partner with senior leadership to lead people strategy across talent, culture, transformation, and performance—helping shape an agile, forward-thinking workforce ready for tomorrow.

What You’ll Do

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters. Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives. Guide change management projects—such as AI integration and digital transformation. Champion culture, engagement, and DE&I strategies across global teams. Support leadership development through coaching and capability-building programs. Use data to drive decision-making and track HR impact. Optimise organizational structures to enhance business performance.

What You’ll Bring

Proven HRBP experience with strong commercial and strategic acumen. Deep understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce trends. Strong project management and change leadership capabilities. Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Global mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures.
