ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will need to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
\nOne of the key responsibilities will be to locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities through:
\n\nAchieving business development in accordance with business goals so as to deliver maximum margin\nTo be accountable for new and potential customer/business revenue with high impact to the overall profitability of the Company\nMake accurate decisions, recommendations and successful establishment of new businesses\nTo proactively identify and develop win-win sales relationship with new and potential customers\nTo provide customers specific advice/information to BD Director to facilitate business performance review, evaluation and budgeting\nTo provide support to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives\nTo develop assigned vertical market and achieve set goals by DHL\nRequirements\n\nTo be successful in this role you will need to have the following competencies / experience:
\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Logistics preferred\nMinimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in the supply chain industry\nExperience in Key Accounts Management\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nProven ability to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organization\n\n\n
