This strategic role is crucial in driving the growth strategy for Franchise Units in Greater China & Mongolia. The position supports the integrator's work by collecting, processing, and analyzing data, alongside liaising with agencies. It ensures our business strategies are aligned with corporate objectives, cross-functional teams, and bottling partners, making a significant impact at the forefront of our business
What You’ll Do for Us:
Collect and analyze relevant data to identify local market opportunities.Support the development of market-driven insights and commercial strategies.Coordinate operational activities and support planning efforts.Communicate with agencies to ensure alignment in strategy implementation.Assist in executing the alignment process with Bottlers and stakeholders.Work Focus:
Develop and present data-driven insights and analytical findings.Collaborate with internal teams to support strategy execution.Coordinate operational activities and support daily planning tasks.Maintain effective communication and strategy alignment with external agencies.Preserve and disseminate regional and global best practices.Communication Focus:
Engage with internal stakeholders to align operational activities.Ensure effective communication with external agencies.Present data-driven findings to support strategic planning.Adapt messaging to different audiences to ensure effective information delivery.Experience/Skills Requirement:
5-10 years of experience in business/operations/data analysis.Strong analytical and communication skills.Data analysis capabilities to generate actionable insights.Knowledge of commercial strategy development.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate in a team environment.What We Can Do for You:
