The Senior Manager for Radiometer is responsible for leading the Analytics and Business Intelligence efforts within the Data, Analytics, and AI organization. This position is located in Krakow and involves both functional leadership in Analytics/BI and site leadership for Radiometer IT Krakow. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
As a Senior Manager, you will drive a team to execute deliverables in Analytics and BI, ensuring successful outcomes for data-driven projects. You will also serve as the site lead for Radiometer IT Krakow, managing engagement and site strategy for all Polish Data, Analytics, and AI associates. This role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills to transform the business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and manage the Analytics/BI team within the Data, Analytics, and AI organization.
Drive the execution of strategy and deliverables ensuring successful outcomes for data-driven projects.
Serve as the site lead for Radiometer IT Krakow, managing engagement, being part of the Krakow leadership council, and having a mix of direct and dotted line for Radiometer Krakow IT associates.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive change management initiatives.
Create teams and processes by taking incremental steps towards larger goals.
Focus on critical priorities while assessing short-term and long-term impacts.
Break down project and strategies into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure common goals are met.
Ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience within data & analytics.
Proven experience in developing and leadings analytics teams and associates.
Proven experience in technical deployments and driving teams to execute data, analytics and software projects and processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to lead and develop technical individuals.
Experience with BI, analytics and data engineering tools and solutions such as dbt, Power BI and Python.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in change management to transform business processes.
Ability to create teams and processes by taking incremental steps towards larger goals.
Ability to focus on critical priorities while assessing short-term and long-term impacts.
Knowledge of project management, software development, data integration, architecture, and analytics processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling architecture and solutions.
Experience in GenAI and Machine Learning.
