Process Engineer + Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. + Design and implement process changes and new workflows. + Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and variation. + Introduce new equipment, automation, and digitalization solutions. + Support new product introduction and process validation. + Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Manage cross-functional improvement projects. + Collaborate with quality and production teams. + Monitor production data and drive data-based decision making. + Lead cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Responsibilities + Lead and coordinate TPM activities across production lines. + Facilitate Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities with operators. + Develop and implement TPM master plans. + Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and analyse trends. + Standardize maintenance procedures and visual controls. + Conduct TPM training and workshops. + Promote daily management practices and equipment ownership. + Support implementation of 5S and visual workplace systems. + Lead focused improvement (FI) projects. + Report TPM KPIs and improvement progress to management.
