Senior Key Account Executive - Vascular

You will have access to: + Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of. + A company recognized as a great place to work in dozens of countries around the world and named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune. + A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Primary objective of the position:** + Responsible for ensuring that the assigned territory meets or exceeds Abbott Vascular business objectives. + Maximize the return on investment in key hospital accounts by planning and implementing a strategic approach that aligns with business strategy in both sort-term and long-term. + Achieve profitable business relationships by building a partnership with key hospital accounts. **Major accountabilities:** + Drives product usage by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill unit growth objectives assigned by company on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis. + Implements and execute sales strategies set by management at existing and potential accounts to effectively promote Abbot Vascular products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians. + Develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing assigned accounts’ situation and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its usage and market share goals. + Identifies key accounts, health care professionals, and business issues that have greatest effect on use of company products by meeting with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care. + Supports actual procedures in the cathlabs and operating rooms of hospital accounts to gain insight into the characteristics and specific needs of each physician and each member of the cathlab staff. + Conduct regular product in-service to assigned accounts to ensure physicians’ knowledge of AVD product’s safety and efficacy. + Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales. + Strengthens customer relationships by performing support activities (e.g. internal and external customer training, new product launches, and product and clinical updates). + Builds networks of contacts on behalf of company to stimulate interest in company’s products by attending and participating in trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars. + Supports distributors to participate tenders and gain high quota. + Tracks and drives drug eluting stent usage at assigned accounts. + Collects and analyzes market data and AV market share. + Collects and analyzes competitors’ activities and programs. + Checks inventory consignment level at assigned accounts and ensures optimal inventory consignment and speedy replenishment. **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** + 2-5 years of relevant experience with a good understanding of interventional cardiology market and good track record of having solid relationship with interventional cardiologists, cathlab nurses and technicians, and hospital management and procurement departments + Knowledge of Medical Devices/ Pharma & Healthcare Industry + Excellent Communication skills in Vietnamese & English, Planning, Negotiation skills, analytical skills + Good Interpersonal Skills, Ability to lead and drive, adaptability, enthusiastic and energetic.
