The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Senior Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) in the Data Management Team to support operations at USSTRATCOM. This position is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies and procedures to protect sensitive operational data. The ISSM collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational standards.

The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM), Senior:

Receives Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs) and directives from HHQ/USSTRATCOM

Analyzes policies and configurations to evaluate compliance with regulations and directives

Manages threat or target analysis by reviewing trends of all cyber defense information

Analyzes ACAS results to verify identified vulnerabilities and assess their risk level

Manages and reports status of CTOs, directives, technical activities, and vulnerabilities to HHQ

Reports patterns of non-compliance to determine effectiveness of cyber program

Prescribes recommendations regarding the selection of security controls to mitigate risk, providing UAF updates as applicable

Maintains ACAS and Nessus applications, including updating policies or applying upgrades and patches

Supports DoD audits such as CSSP, Cyber Operational Readiness Assessment (CORA), and Command Cyber Operational Readiness Inspection (CCORI)

Provides analysis of quarterly STIG releases, IAVMs, non-IAVMs/IAVM Bulletins, and CTOs; assigns tasks to the proper Lines of Service; and tracks completion status

Responsible for the cybersecurity of a program, organization, system, or enclave, including vulnerability management, orders, and directives

Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs

Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others

Qualifications:

Required:

Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on data management and risk management

Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: 722 - Intermediate; CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training

AND

Additional Cert: Any CND

Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management methodologies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,000 - $163,800
