Come and join our Site Mars Leadership Team in our chocolate factory in Viersen, near Düsseldorf!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving efficiency and innovation? We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Industrial Engineer to join our leadership team and lead transformative improvements across our site operations. In this pivotal role, you'll be a key player in innovation projects, acting as the voice of the supply division—spotlighting opportunities, managing risks, and championing our capabilities. This position reports into the site leader and is a team member of the site leadership team.

What are we looking for:

A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or EconomicsProven skills in data analysis and change managementSolid understanding of manufacturing technologies and supply chain processesStrong efficiency optimization mindsetHands-on project management experienceFluent in English and German -  both written and spoken

What would be your key responsibilities:

Designing smart production flows and sequences to maximize output and minimize wasteReviewing specs, schedules, and production data to identify improvement opportunitiesEstimating production costs and analyzing how design changes affect the bottom lineUsing CAD tools to create efficient layouts for equipment, materials, and workflowsLeading quality initiatives to ensure reliable production and cost-effectiveness
