As a Senior Invoice to Pay (I2P) Business Partner, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless Invoice to Pay (I2P) service delivery for respective countries and providing an enhancing experience to end users of the process (finance function, non-finance functions, vendors and accounts payable teams).

Continuously review, measure and implement actions to control, such as:WIP (Work In Progress - AP Invoices and T&E Claims)Open Vendor items and ageingPayment proposals and down payment reconciliationsEscalations / tickets received directly or in Finance Service DeskProactively find & develop ways & means of effective knowledge sharing to improve usage of self-support channels as well as to reduce I2P queries / blockers with business finance teams, non-finance users (eg Requestors / Employees for T&E claims), and AP / T&E team in Finance OperationsActively participate in the governance & compliance during I2P Operations & service delivery review meetings and audits or Compliance related mattersExplore in-process technical improvement opportunities and also support:User Acceptance testing for various I2P related projectsFunctional or technical issues in I2P areaIdeation of new technologies, ways of working by automation / digitizingStrive for Continuous Improvements in I2P processes by:Engaging with Business Finance / requestors and find smarter & more effective ways of workingFinding out better ways of working to reduce overall cycle time, number of blockers and to improve the overall productivity of AP usersExploring cost optimization ideasProvide process and system expertise and support specific strategic, I2P Portfolio or LTO projects

You will be a great fit if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in finance operations (shared services organization) with a focus on Invoice to Pay or Purchase to Pay processesAdvanced verbal and written English knowledge; an additional European language is a plusGood interpersonal and organizational skills, able to communicate effectively with various levels within the organizationSAP ECC / S4 HANA knowledge; Invoice Automation like VIM preferredExperience in managing change, implementing new procedures, and re-engineering processesCan do attitude, able to work independently with minimal direction/supervisionComfort in working in a global business environment that is undergoing process and technology changes
