Senior HR Consultant

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company. Lead and support special projects.
