The position
As a Senior Global Trial Manager, you will manage and be responsible for various operational aspects of clinical trials within our development portfolio. These trials involve collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across our international organization, requiring effective teamwork with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will typically oversee more than one clinical trials at a time.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Plan, execute, and oversee clinical trials in alignment with project goals, plans, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational deliverables crucial to the successful execution of clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant requirements and legislations.
• Communicate trial progress and issues to relevant stakeholders and record them in relevant systems.
• Manage risks and resolve issues collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Promote best practices and consistency within Clinical Operations.

About the department
In our department, we cover the phase 1/clinical pharmacology trials for various programs. You will have the opportunity to work on these trials with CROs/sites, and with colleagues across our affiliates.
