The position
As a Senior Sales and Operations Execution Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Thanks to your End-to-End Supply Chain and systems knowledge, you proactively identify any major supply and demand imbalance within a 6 month horizon and lead the resolution across the Global S&OE platform partner, Global Planning and Supply Chain Commercial organization. Together with the S&OE Process manager and partners, you design the future of the Global S&OE process such that it serves its purpose, in collaboration with Global and commercial supply chain functions. You drive the S&OE maturity roadmap for the tools, reporting and KPI enabling proactive identification and resolution of supply gaps, and business opportunities. As requested, you are driving ad-hoc supply chain task forces to establish scenario planning factoring in several unknown parameters (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Regulatory constraints, …) together with our S&OE partners, to enable leadership decision making. You represent the Global S&OE functions in different Supply Chain projects where our influence and contribution are needed.
Qualifications
A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, or other related logistics fields. APICS / CIPM framework is appreciated Minimum 8 years of experience within a Supply Chain department/Planning Department, working in a vertically integrated supply chain. Effective and factual communication, self-driven, leadership, flexible and can-do attitude, ability to work together to reach a desired solution. Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills. Experience in handling complex decision-making processes within multi-market/multi-region impact and complex product value streams. Strong system knowledge (SAP, OMP, Office, PowerBI). Excellent English communication and coordination skills (oral and written).
About the department
The Global Sales and Operation Execution team is a vital part of our Global Supply Chain and Planning department. Our mission is to ensure that every patient receives the right medication at the right time. Located at our headquarters, the team consists of 15 people dedicated professionals who work closely with Production, Planning and Commercial supply chain. We set the direction for the organisation’s production planning and ensure seamless deliveries of our affiliates, even when things don’t go according to plan. Fast paced and dynamic, our department is growing to prepare for the future.
