Senior Global Operations Center Engineering and Support Lead Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * CACI is seeking a Senior Global Operations Center Engineering and Support Lead to support the commander of USSTRATCOM. This position involves managing the engineering, integration, development, and operational support of complex strategic mission systems, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability in mission-critical environments. The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract. **Responsibilities:** + Provides technical oversight of design and milestone processes + Provides insight on impact of requirements and design on system operations, architecture, and interfaces + Provides input to briefings and responds to comments and action items + Provides systems engineering technical support for Command and Control computing/audio/visual equipment + Develops requirements for SRR, PDR, and CDR inputs + Participates in weekly TIM discussions + Validates communication systems and full platform integration, test procedures, integration, and test preparation for phased platform installation and testing + Coordinates with Government Program Office for GFE equipment and testing + Provides Business Operations engineering support for other contractor and agency integration and coordination + Conducts trade studies, engineering analysis, and white papers as required + Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments + Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs + Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others **Qualifications:** + BA/BS + 7 YRS + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) + 7 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, and operational support, particularly in a defense or strategic operations context + Required 8140 Cert: 641 - Intermediate; FITSP-M or GSEC or CCSP or CFR or SSCP or Security+; OR Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated; OR Training + Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing complex engineering projects + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams + Familiarity with USSTRATCOM operations and strategic mission systems is highly desirable + **Clearance Required** Top Secret with SCI eligibility - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
