The Beauty & Wellbeing category brings together our 2 biggest categories, Hair (about 6B€) and Skincare (about 3B€) with an exciting chance to build a new organization with new beauty capabilities, in the Design department. You will work in a team of Expert Beauty Crafters, in charge of either Hair or Skin, end to end, for a specialized approach of our key categories, creating connections and synergies between the 2 where relevant.
It is time for UL to help Categories/Brand Teams to craft superior mixes with superior beauty, superior desirability, leveraging sensory design for purpose, and breaking the codes. Enhancing for each Brand their clear, distinctive, and consistent identity versus competition.

Who and What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
You will lead the global platform for Vaseline Pro Derma and will be the Direct Dock lead for North Asia, with a focus on China.You will be responsible for setting the brand strategyConsistently deliver the performance framework and activity plans with excellenceWorking collaboratively with cross functional partners in R&D, Supply Chain, BU teams, to deliver the growth, profitability and share targets for the brandDefining winning and breakthrough growth strategies, bringing alignment with stakeholdersLeading the Brand equity for China, driving comms strategy and improving Brand Power Representing the Brand with the BU teams , leading the full Vaseline BG team that is based in Shanghai
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
8+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility in the consumer products industry in innovation, brand development, and relevant brand building or customer development roles.The ideal candidate is a promotable 2C or high potential 2B with beauty and innovation crafting experienceMust be fluent in Mandarin and have experience in the China marketSkin Care experience a plusStrong track record in delivering breakthrough innovationProven track record in Communication development across multiple media channelsPassion for trends, new products, design and touch of beautyProven track record of project leadershipBuilding collaboration and working in virtual teamsA good balance of strategic, analytical and creative skillsPassion for high performance, and widely regarded as a talent catalyst.
