**Job Overview**
With on-going growth driven organically and through acquisition, the business is seeking to appoint a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support for the Operations Function. Reporting to the Global Operations Manager this is a global role that will interact with individuals at all of our manufacturing sites (multiple sites in USA, Costa Rica, Mexico, Galway, Singapore and
China). The successful candidate must be able to achieve results and maintain good working relationships across multiple time zones and cultures.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Scorecard reporting
+ Coordinating with sites and accountable functions to get scorecard complete monthly
+ Bring the report to power BI or any other analyst tool
+ Inventory detailed analysis and coordination
+ Analyze site action plan vs. site actual, track the progress and variances
+ Develop future weekly inventory report by leveraging TED reporting/other TE tool
+ STR detailed analysis and coordination
+ Analyse site action plan vs. site actual, track the progress and variances
+ Weekly TEBIT Reporting
+ Bring the report to power BI or any other analyst tool
+ Different types of analysis on productivity programs
+ Ability to gather, collate and analyze multiple sources of information from global locations
+ Respond to ad hoc inquiries from Corporate and Segment management
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
+ Extensive and exceptional MS Excel knowledge and experience
+ Experience with Oracle/SAP, Hyperion & TED
+ Ability to work independently but also be a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility and a focus on business impact
+ Demonstrated flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity
+ Solid business acumen
+ Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
+ Proven problem solving and decision-making capabilities
+ Strong communication and presentation skills
+ Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
+ Multi-national experience, manufacturing background is a plus
