Senior Finance Analyst - North America Commercial Operations

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Partner with senior commercial leaders to develop accurate monthly expense and headcount forecasts, annual budget planning, and targeted cost optimization initiatives for a $200M+ portfolio of departments, leveraging financial expertise on strategic initiatives as prioritized by senior management, delivering innovative solutions that advance organizational objectives.

Analyze sales trends, historical results, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks across the commercial organization. Model, track, and forecast incentive compensation expenses, monitoring sales trends to ensure accurate quarterly accruals and program effectiveness.

Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that deliver actionable financial insights to commercial leadership for informed decision-making.

Serve as a trusted financial advisor providing ad hoc analysis and support to commercial teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Collaborate with Finance Business Analysis and Accounting teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with at least 5+ years of experience OR 3+ years’ experience with Master's degree in related fields OR Doctoral degree in field with 0+ years.

Experience analyzing data trends and working with large databases, including data mining, mapping, and gathering information from multiple sources.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while completing assignments quickly and accurately

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the capability to present and explain financial data and analysis to both finance and non-finance audiences

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP EPM, OBIEE and Power BI

Healthcare or life sciences industry experience

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
