Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the development of Partnership-wide benchmarks to drive strategic fundraising investments and comprehensive reporting and analysis to track revenue performance, identify trends, and highlight actionable opportunities. Additionally, this role is also expected to develop advanced financial models, decision tools, return on investment analyses, and scenario projections. Through strategic insights and data-driven recommendations, this role plays a crucial part in optimizing fundraising and resource allocation strategies, ultimately supporting the organization’s long-term sustainable growth.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with the business to provide data-driven reporting to optimize fundraising investments and support the organization's long-term sustainable growth.
Partnership-wide Analyses and Reporting:
Development and reporting of partnership-wide metrics and benchmarks such as Return on Investment analysis.Provide strategic and insightful analyses of revenue performance as input to key management reports.Advanced Financial Modeling:
Develop or enhance financial models and scenario projections, leveraging new technology and predictive analytics to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes of senior leadership.Develop innovative tools and models that require strategic foresight and cross-functional collaboration, such as investment decision tools.Stakeholder Engagement:
Closely collaborate with different groups including Global Marketing and Communications (GMC), other Revenue Leaders and Support Offices to ensure that analytics deliverables align with organizational priorities.Clear and insightful analysis of financial performance and ROI of global products and emerging market investment to direct management decision making and drive revenue growth.Successful implementation of the new ROI-driven operating model that aligns fundraising investment with opportunity and return across markets. A globally endorsed and accepted reporting and analysis environment focused on global ROI. Analyses issued in a timely manner, clear communication of results, and reporting evolving as the operating model matures. Effective collaboration with SO finance and marketing leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to enable the global rollout of the new partnership-wide metrics and benchmarks.Senior leadership is equipped with forward-looking and insightful analyses enabling informed decision-making.Practical, innovative tools and solutions are delivered to address stakeholder concerns/requirementsLeading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the organization’s ability to analyse and report on private revenue performance by strengthening business intelligence, leveraging automation and employing advanced analytics techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or a related field (with MBA preferred)At least 5 years of work experience in financial analysis, commercial or marketing finance, or an equivalent reporting and analytics role.Advanced MS Power BI, MS Excel (including PowerPivot), and MS PowerPoint skills Experience working in an international or multi-cultural environment including management of different time zonesProven ability to navigate complex structures and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the global organization.Proven ability to develop complex financial analysis and then present it in a concise, impactful way to influence senior leadershipExperience in revenue growth management within a global private or nonprofit organization Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint Presentation, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in these tools.Experience working in a matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex reporting structures and collaborate effectively across different functions and departments.Proficiency in advanced data visualization techniques and best practices, enabling the presentation of complex data in a clear and easily understandable format.Experience in utilizing AI or Predictive Analytics to forecast trends, optimize strategies, and support data-driven decision-making.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder/customer requestsProven ability to lead continuous improvement initiativesApplicant Types Accepted:
