Senior Executive AssistantExecutive Business Assistant – Corporate SolutionsSeeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced Executive Business Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for EVP, Mastercard Corporate Solutions, as well as providing general assistance across departmental/office activities.
About the Role:
The Executive Assistant is the administrative liaison with others internal and external to Mastercard and will filter and prioritize client visits or meetings and communicate on behalf of the executive they support. This position helps create a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities include:
•\tPerform general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as calendar management, scheduling meetings; managing travel arrangements, expense reporting; and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
•\tDistribute meeting materials; screening email; electronically filing documents; ordering supplies, and maintaining department records, and other duties, as assigned
•\tPrepare correspondence; email; reports; presentations or other assigned documentation.
•\tPlan leadership meetings, offsite broader team meetings and customer engagements
•\tDevelop and produce reports, as assigned
•\tMaintain and update internal and external distribution lists for email correspondence
•\tAdminister programs; projects or processes specific to the operating unit served; and maintains spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
•\tMay research special topics, as assigned
•\tMay assist in preparing and maintaining departmental budget
•\tMay monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporary/contract resources
About You:
•\tExtensive administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with c-suite executive level management, senior customers, and board members
•\tStrong working knowledge of department budgets
Proficiency in Outlook
•\tCompetency across the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•\tExperience with expense management platforms
•\tAdvanced experience in administrative support (with preference for experience within a matrixed, cross functional and global organization)
•\tExperience in supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced corporate work environment
•\tDemonstrated professionalism and discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential information
•\tMust be proactive and solution oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
•\tExtremely collaborative and fostering a positive spirit and can-do attitude and is also extremely open in accepting feedback and suggestions
•\tStrong communication skills (written and verbal)
•\tIntrinsically-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented
•\tAble to work well under deadlines, anticipate needs and prioritize work accordingly
•\tAble to work with limited supervision
