Senior Electronics Technician T3 Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electronics Technician to support the integration, testing, and field deployment of RF and electronic systems used in operational environments. This role will serve as a technical lead, providing hands-on expertise, overseeing projects, and contributing to the development and sustainment of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in RF systems, analog and digital electronics, and field support operations, along with proven leadership and project management experience. **Primary Responsibilities:** • Lead the testing, validation, and integration of RF and electronic systems to support mission and customer requirements. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for fielded systems in both CONUS and OCONUS environments. • Conduct SITE III and User Functional Acceptance Testing of RF, sensor, and electronic system deliverables. • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of hardware configuration issues, electrical devices, and soldering defects. • Oversee production support, sustainment operations, and lab activities, ensuring project timelines and technical requirements are met. • Support documentation, training, and data collection during field deployments. • Coordinate closely with engineering teams to support design improvements and product validation. • Manage inventory, lab safety, and technical resources to support operational readiness and compliance. **Required Qualifications:** • 10+ years of experience in electrical and RF systems integration, testing, and support. • Proven field experience in both CONUS and OCONUS environments. • Hands-on experience with RF systems, analog/digital troubleshooting, soldering, and electrical diagnostics. • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, layout design, and mechanical integration. • Familiarity with SITE III testing protocols and related government acceptance processes. • Proficient in tools and platforms including LabVIEW, Proteus, AutoCAD, WASP, and Microsoft Office. • Experience managing technical projects, lab operations, production timelines, and personnel. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience supporting military systems and operational field training. • Familiarity with program management tools such as Microsoft Project. • Ability to develop and lead training sessions for field teams. • Knowledge of safety compliance standards and inventory control processes. - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
