Senior Director Global Marketing - Healthcare / Life Science - US Remote

You will be a part of the Global Marketing Dept and report to the VP of Global Marketing and Strategy. As the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing robust marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and reinforce Aldevron’s status as a market leader. You will lead and motivate a high-performing global marketing team, cultivate a culture of innovation, and utilize data-driven insights to develop a marketing strategy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies with Aldevron’s business objectives, driving market share growth and brand recognition. Define and shape the value proposition for Aldevron's products and services + Demand Generation & Commercial Growth: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns demand generating and lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel. Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable competitive advantage, creating value for new and existing customers + Campaign management: Create and manage campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer engagement, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness + Digital Transformation & Brand Elevation: Lead the evolution of our digital marketing strategy, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility + Team Leadership & Talent Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize strategies and improve customer experience The minimum requirements for this job include: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and / or Life Sciences , advanced degree / MBA preferred + Must have more than ten years professional experience managing people and working with multi-national cross functional teams for digital marketing organizations. + Must be a transformative leader with current d isruptive marketing experience. Keen ability to develop strategy that challenges and reshapes traditional marketing practices by employing unconventional and innovative tactics to capture attention and create a unique brand perception. + Solid understanding of demand generation, brand management, content development with emphasis in digital programs and implementation. + A demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and complex tasks according to established deadlines. + Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies that cover the full marketing mix including product development, commercialization, market research, pricing, promotion, and development of collateral materials It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Strategic or Product Marketing (Upstream) + Demonstrated success in launching new products or services in the life sciences market + Measuring results with analytics and interpreting results and trends. + Ability to work remotely , anywhere in U.S. + Experience in a Danaher Business System (DBS) environment or similar continuous improvement framework. #LI-Remote At Aldevron we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $220,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
