Job DescriptionEngineering Services Portfolio and Service Delivery, Business results, Delivery and Operations,Responsible for Complete Delivery including content, technology, budget and milestonesKey KPIs include TCV, ACV, Revenues, EBIT, CSAT and Portfolio development goals.Secondary KPIs include Portfolio specific targets and growth, region specific targets and Key ProjectGovernance and Oversight to ensure that projects and programs meet their goals within approved time frames, scope, and budget.Resource planning and deployment to maximize resource availability and across projects, programs and service lines.Scale the offshore delivery unit for the client from on an end to end basisFinancial Management of overall portfolio financials and individual topics.Tracking and actioning of measures to ensure Portfolio healthGuidance and Mentorship to Portfolio Managers, Delivery Managers and key Project managers.Nurturing of next level as part of overall organization developmentWork closely with Regional Sales teams, Development partners, Manufacturing partners, Service Operations, and CoE teams.Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners and sponsors.Manage processes deployment and necessary tailoring related to product engineering and engineering services. Drive effective change management processes.
