Senior Director, Stills Franchise Operations Argentina & Uruguay

**What You'll Do for Us:**
Ensures business results and alignment with the Stills Operations and the Bottler. Oversees operations in the territories of bottlers supervising all operations related issues across the franchise. Leads the growth agenda of the Bottler operations aligned with South Zone strategies. Manages strategic, operational and stills commercial projects involving the bottler. The role functionally reports to the Stills South Zone General Manager to maximize practices and business opportunities.
+ Responsible for achieving business growth, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System.
+ Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company's vision, with strong connections internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete actions with an agile and effective decision making.
+ Manages the day to day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial and financial. Leads localization of plans; monitors evolution of key indicators to achieve the Stills BP objectives (e.g. share, transaction, Revenues, volume); leads communication flow among stakeholders concerning priorities, programs, address market issues and performance; executes strategies with partners; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
+ In partnership with the Bottler in certain territory, manages projects with Bottler and leads the execution and commercialization of them from concept to launch, establishing business systems and procedures and KPIs
+ Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.
+ identify market insights, risks and opportunities and communicate them timely and effectively to marketing, commercial strategy and innovation functions to be considered as input for current innovation processes.
+ Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
+ Manage the team composed by one position of Director and one Sr. Manager.
+ This role spans 2 countries: Argentina and Uruguay. It involves 4 bottlers in Argentina and 1 in Uruguay.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years within the KO System or Industry. It´s a competitive advantage to have marketing, stills and commercial experience. Recommended Bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience and understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional and On Premise channel).
Qualifications & Requirements:
+ Contributed to significant business/franchise relationship turnaround
+ People manager with excellent leadership capability, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment and in a challenge country´s environment
+ Highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
+ Previous experience with the bottlers
+ Fluency in English and Spanish are Required.
