As a Business and Finance Insights Senior Director for Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit, you will be responsible for providing guidance and insights into Strategic Planning for the region, which includes framing the messaging to our various stakeholders regarding our priorities and strategic plans as well as business performance against those plans. The stakeholders include cross-functional leaders across Eurasia Middle East and at Corporate as well as our bottling partners. 

The successful candidate will work with empowerment on a fast-paced team, operate with strong attention to detail and desire to learn, and continuously evolve and improve work through analysis, collaboration, and iteration. 

What You’ll Do for Us  

Working closely with the rest of Planning, Competitive Analysis & Insights team, this role will: 

Provide holistic understanding of business performance inside the Operating Unit, including defining Operating Unit volume budget targets and operational metricsOrchestrate end-to-end volume planning process for Operating Unit, working cross functionally inside the organization.Lead end-to-end Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit ABP financial planning processAnalyze local macro-economic trends & market analysisSupports broader Finance organization in insights generation, storytelling and impactful presentations.Serve as business owner for 360 Business Performance platform, KPIs, and data definitions Lead the digitization and automation agenda of Finance, create self-service tools for the stakeholders to speed up insight to action by connecting internal, bottler and syndicated data, and responsible for transforming the organizational way of working in Finance, enabling the company to become more agile and focused on key prioritiesPartner across the team and broader Operating Unit to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including: Coordinate with the Financial Planning Director to prepare & provide local business plan insights & assumptions on volume & industry growth Forecasting: Analyze volume forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways Define Operating Unit volume targets and requirements,Business Performance analysis and presentations to support performance management routines Analyze business performance and implications, capture & discuss takeaways with key stakeholders Partner internally to effectively manage Financial Planning and Performance Management Routines, as well as to build alignment on key initiatives and metrics, with a focus on communication to: Operating Unit President Operating Unit CFO and Operating Unit Planning, System Economics Team ,Finance DirectorsFranchise UnitsOther Operating Unit leadership teams 

Qualification & Requirements  

Bachelor’s degree Finance or related field required, MBA preferred.  10+ years Finance / RGM / Commercial / Strategy / Consulting, with deep expertise in multi-functional disciplines including strategic planning, financial and business analysis, and/or performance managementExtensive leadership and management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels Must possess exceptional communication skills (story telling) evidenced by good verbal/written presentation ability. Strong collaboration skills and particular strength in ‘connecting the dots’ across multiple topics, data sets, etc.  Experience in project management; change management; process development/improvement Experience with data management methods, analytics deployment and orchestration tools, database and visualization tools for customer facing applications are needed.  Understanding optimization and computational concepts behind analytics algorithms is a plus.
