The Senior Customer Service Representative with Swedish is a key contact for complex customer needs, providing expert support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, improving service processes, and helping manage overall customer service performance.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism.Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives.Identify and support improvements in service processes.Help monitor service quality and team performance.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Swedish and English is a must3–5 years of customer service experience, including senior or lead roles.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Experience with CRM tools and service platforms.High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
