Senior Commercial Outbound Marketing Manager

We are self-starters, ready to challenge the status quo and we have a deep passion for technology and the impact it has.    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Commercial Outbound Marketing Manager** to own the external messaging, value proposition, and integrated marketing of Windows Pro and Copilot+ PCs. This role has a great amount of creative freedom to bring our story to life. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and capable of driving change through action. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated outbound marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement for our Windows commercial products. You will collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to create innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve business objectives. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.    If this sounds like you and you are interested in Windows – we’d love to meet you.    **Responsibilities** Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:    + Develop, lead, and execute global demand generation campaigns across various commercial customers and channels. + Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote Windows commercial products. + Lead commercial integrated marketing activities, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)-aligned strategy, creative and content development, copywriting, brand alignment, and project management. + Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. + Develop Windows Pro messaging frameworks and associated content. + Support a centralized content approach, ensuring compelling and consistent messaging aligned with core narratives and priority customer journeys. + Create compelling marketing content, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and more. + Create detailed customer journey maps to enhance user experience and engagement. + Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies. + Optimize lead generation strategies to maximize conversion rates and Return on Investment (ROI). **Qualifications** Required/Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business + ORMaster's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business + ORequivalent experience. + Experience developing & executing marketing or outbound strategies Additional or Preferred Qualifications + Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.  A robust track record of effectively working across diverse stakeholders to define and execute initiatives with passion, precision, and excellence.  + Ability to learn, understand and connect complex business models quickly.  + Experience partnering with OEM, channel, and/or retail marketing organizations.   + Experience in B2B strategy and marketing  Confidence to speak up for customers and external partners across marketing.   + Analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.  + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  + Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.  + Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in an ambiguously defined environment.  + MBA and/or 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.    + Experience in the technology industry, particularly with software or hardware products.  + Knowledge of the Windows ecosystem and commercial market.  Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
