We are looking for Cloud Native Engineer to support Oracle Payments applications, who is keen to work on the Food & Beverages product stack which leverages the latest Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) capabilities and is a global industry leading product stack.   Responsibilities: Respond to Service Request, Change Request & Monitoring alerts in timely fashion. Follow the SOP while responding to system/application alerts for our Cloud Native applications & services. Identify & fix repetitive issues and identify opportunities for automation. Working with development, support & service reliability teams for issue resolution. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background: University degree in the field of computer science or equivalent with 5 - 8 years work experience in IT industry. Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins/Cloudlab and configuring Pipelines. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes. Experience in working on Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE). Monitoring and supporting Kubernetes infrastructure on OCI platform. Monitoring tools experience on Grafana / Kibana. Experience working on Linux based infrastructure. Experience with Python and shell scripting. Experience in cloud platforms like OCI or GCP or AWS.
