Applies understanding of Oracle's products, implementation methodology, and functional business processes.Leads client meetings, facilitates productive discussions, and drives decisions.Builds functional skills and develops industry acumen to enhance candor with clients during software implementations.Owns configuration of lower complexity Oracle applications and participates in Enterprise Design, Process Playback, and testing or validation activities throughout the project lifecycle.Owns creation of low to medium complexity deliverables across all phases of the TCM+ project lifecycle.Identifies issues and risks impacting the project and escalates for resolution as appropriate.Collaborates across NAAC (Support, Development, etc.) to bring holistic solutions to our clients.Practice Development
Collaborates with others to complete internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business.May participate in an initiative or committee team and assist with developing content.Professional Development
Participates in training to develop an understanding of Oracle's products, implementation methodology, functional business processes, and industry acumen. Continually grows product, functional, and industry knowledge through training/certification to start becoming a product SME.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of application/product functionality and roadmap through quarterly updates and certifications.Shadows more senior team members to learn how to manage and elevate client experience.Actively solicits, receives, and implements constructive feedback from supervisors and peers.Attends internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to better understand the strategic priorities of the company.
