Job DescriptionSeek out opportunities with merchants, acquirers, payment enablers, and payment solution providers to cultivate new business opportunities in consumer payments, money movement solutions & value added services.Discuss and deeply understand client business strategy/business model to create winning digital payment and ecosystem opportunities.Collaborate and orchestrate various internal stakeholders, including sales specialists, to facilitate development of strong client value propositions.Demonstrate sound knowledge of Visa products, services and processes.Support market level strategic initiatives in the context of merchant relations/ acceptance development.Participate in industry events and activities to drive new business for Visa.Seek to obtain know-how, insights and best practices from other markets and regionsThis is a hybrid position. Qualifications10 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's Degree
At least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or key account management, preferably in an international organization
Deep understanding of the payments industry, with experience in the payment acceptance vertical (POS, gateway, acquirer, payment VAS) being a plus
Proven track record of delivering against ambitious objectives and successfully managing the full commercial cycle
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external leaders to build consensus and influence Visa’s negotiating position
Strong interpersonal skills to influence clients and regional leaders
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
