Job DescriptionThe Sr. Business Consultant, Business Strategy and Operations at Visa plays a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the Client Services (CS) organization. This individual will join the newly created Strategic Initiatives and Transformation Office (SITO) in CS, a team established to support the function’s top priorities and shape CS’s multi-year strategy. They will collaborate closely with various teams within CS and from other parts of Visa, to help define and execute and the CS Strategy and manage Business Operations such as target setting, performance reporting, financials and driving business insights. This leader is expected to operate as an integrated partner across Client Services and will interact with senior executives on the CSLT.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought-partner on high-priority strategic issues and projects - initiate / manage strategic CS or SITO initiatives to address requests from Executive Leadership, Corporate Teams (for e.g., Corp Strategy, Transformation Office), CS Leadership Team
Support in the co-ordination of QBR reviews between the Head of CS and their direct reports (Regional and Global teams) to review business performance.
Develop frameworks and processes to drive the design and development of OKRs for CS
Drive CS and non-CS partners to continually enhance quality of insights from data / metrics
Establish, maintain, and continually enhance governance around OKRs and steer organization to prioritize on the highest value-add activities
In partnership with Finance, support with development of budget for CS and SITO, providing strategic support on investment prioritization and allocation.
Monitor financial performance and outlook (headcount, profees and travel), develop plan to course-correct / seek additional investment etc.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across SITO and CS teams and other CS partners as needed to explore and deliver solutions
As needed, serve as delegate for Snr Director, Business Strategy & Ops across all areas of responsibility and in all forums / meetings

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,400.00 to 184,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
