You and your job
As a Senior Business Analyst you work in a team that is situated in a rapid changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). The team is relatively new formed but and therefore you bring your experience to refine requirements to build new data solutions that meet the needs of our business partners and align with the vision of our Data & Insights team within the Financial & Economic Crime Department. You share your experience and knowledge with the team on how to manage stakeholders effectively, to gather and define requirements for the new to be build data solutions, to anticipate on needs of the business and foresee potential risks. Together as a team you deliver new, valuable data solutions according to the scrum framework.

Understand the business needs and convert these into technical requirements for the data solutions to be build by the BI developers.Maintain, simplify and enhance existing dashboards to increase efficiency.Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on data products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable data solutions.Top responsibilities

You and your talent
Bachelor or Master DegreeAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role in complex environment (proven experience with working on large scale projects and managing a complex stakeholders landscape) Experience working with Agile/Scrum FrameworkFamiliar with BI Tools such as Power BIKnowledge of FEC and CDD is a PlusGreat at Stakeholder Management, networking, communication and digital collaborationPositive energy to bring the team together in the challengesCan communicate well in English, Dutch is preferableYou and the job application process
