What you will be accountable for:

Developing the strategy and plan to drive a brand identity that will sustain growth in the longer term, and to deliver powerful & distinctive proposition to the targeted customers with regularly measuring on Brand Health & Brand Equity.

Planning the effective use of brand advertising and promotion budget by creating appropriate programs for appropriate channels.

Working with Strategic partners in both internal and external to develop creative strategy and executions campaign for the brands

Working closely with global and regional team to localize brand strategy and marketing materials for best-in-class execution in market.

Being the brand custodian and provide the mandate on the use of brand logo in advertising, packaging, merchandising, and POP

Working with commercial team to ensure excellent execution and direct output of brand strategies that are superior to competitor activity

Working closely with Consumer and shopper planner to analyse relevant data, identify the issue and opportunity of the brand and create the strong insight which could translate in to winning strategy and action plan to propose to marketing manager and /or marketing director  

What you need to bring to this role:

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience and prior experience in consumer goods industry will be value added.

Proven track record of success in delivering and executing effective marketing programs.

Strategic thinking combined with creative flair.

Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams, lead and influence partners across an organization.

Influential leadership & Negotiation - ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders across functions, business units & strengthen relationships

Time and project management skills –

Analytical skills, high attention to detail & ability to multi-task / handle complexity ​

​An understanding of trends and ability to distil insights for the consumer personas identified

​Creative bent of mind & problem-solving mindset ​

​Commercial acumen – ability to assess needs quickly & help the team execute flawlessly ​

Financial acumen - understand brand financials, value chain analysis, budget management​
