WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Plan: based on the understanding of the category trend, consumer demand spaces and the business needs, to plan out the strategy to guide portfolio transformation and innovations for next 3 years to fulfill the brand growth.Innovation Project Management: to work with R&D, SC, procurement, CMI, sales and brand building to land NPD according to the strategy and to ensure on time in full delivery with unmissable superiority.Product P&L Management: [1] to own the financial picture of the assigned portfolio to ensure a profitable growth [2] to work with R&D, SC, procurement, sales and brand building to continuously optimize the cost for better profitability and competitiveness.Communication Strategy & Assets Development: based on brand love key, to develop unmissable communication idea and Good+ assets (TVC / social / digital / KBS / instore / EC) for innovations and to achieve the action standards when it’s required.EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years working experience with at least 3 years at NPD and CommunicationFamiliar with China marketingFluent in both English and ChineseSKILLS
