About the Role

Our HR IT department partners closely with our central team in Germany to ensure our HR systems are modern, scalable, and future-ready. As we continue to expand our digital transformation initiatives, we are looking for a Senior Automation & AI Consultant to drive complex automation and intelligent process solutions. Join our dynamic, multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon and play a key role in shaping the future of HR IT.

Your contribution to something big: 

- Lead the design and implementation of complex automation solutions (e.g., RPA, intelligent workflows), integrating advanced AI/ML technologies when relevant;

- Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technical concepts and solutions;

- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define priorities;

- Coordinate documentation, testing, and validation of automation processes;

- Support ongoing improvements and evaluate new technologies to enhance HR IT systems.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.

- Experience: Strong experience in business process analysis and automation development, and practice working in international, cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge: Experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere), solid understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with tools like Python or Azure AI is a plus.

- Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English at a C1 level (mandatory), German is a plus.

- Personality: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive mindset, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
