For one of our trusted partners - one of the most profitable and fast-growing financial institutions with a strong focus on people, innovation, digitalization, and growth - we are looking for a dynamic, positive, and data-driven professional to join their team as Senior Analyst – Strategy Performance & Reporting.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to support strategic decision-making by delivering actionable, data-driven insights and reports.

Main responsibilities:

Translate complex sales data into clear, actionable business insights and align strategic goals with measurable outcomes Monitor business line performance and effectiveness Analyze sales performance versus budget across merchants, regions, industries, and customer segments Review and assess business cases and proposals from external partners Define, track, and manage KPIs to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy Provide performance analytics to sales leaders to support data-driven decisions Prepare timely, accurate, and insightful regular and ad-hoc reports Contribute ideas and suggest initiatives to improve sales performance Support the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Data Analyst, Business Performance Analyst, Commercial Analyst, FP&A Specialist) Previous experience in banking, fintech or other fast-paced environment is considered an advantage Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, product profitability, and performance modelling Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Strong financial and business acumen Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken) – minimum B2 level
