Senior/Analyst, Human Resources Business Partner
**Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:** + Understand business priorities thoroughly and provide support in the design and development of the business-enabling people agenda. + Provide HR advice and services to the business in driving company-wide transformational people initiatives and change programs. + Deliver HR strategies and priorities such as future-state workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement. + Define and execute the company’s Employee Value Proposition with the purpose of enhancing employees’ journey and experience. + Drive initiatives which would promote the desirable Company’s culture. + Provide support in talent review, development and succession planning + Manage Employee Relations matters such as performance improvement and disciplinary matters + Drive a performance culture, monitoring that goals setting and intermittent checks are done well, performance are managed + Provide support for yearend compensation reviews + Assist in day-to-day HR operational matters as required. + Partner with business and Finance in budget planning and forecast. + Keep abreast of each country’s labour laws and ensure full compliance + Manage HR Compliance, governance and control matters + Formulate and implement HR policies and projects as required. + Prepare HR-related metrics and management reporting. + Cover HR colleagues who are absent as required. + Proactively seek ways to improve processes and team and organizational effectiveness. + Participate in ad hoc projects as required + Vendor management + Any ad-hoc duties as required. **Key Challenges/Anticipated Changes in Environment:** + Manages the different needs of Business Functions, conflicting and tight timelines + Multi-tasking and ensuring speed and accuracy **Developmental Value of Position:** + Be the go-to person who provides guidance to the employee population on HR related matters. + Manages end to end HR BAU independently **Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:** + Degree holder with a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the financial services industry + Experience in a COE function will be advantageous + Demonstrated high proficiency in a broad array of HR functional competencies + Strong partnership mindset and genuine interest in championing people initiatives + Ability to manage competing priorities and be flexible in roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced and matrix environment + Experience in designing HR policies in accordance with regulatory development in Financial Institutions will be an advantage + Resourceful and proactive + Strong communication skills + Possess a can-do attitude + High Emotional Quotient; conflict resolution skills. **About The Cigna Group** Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
