Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

Based out of Singapore, we have an exciting opportunity as Senior Analyst - Business Analytics, as part of the Asia Pacific regional Business Excellence team, to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling businesses to make informed decisions, develop winning strategies, unlock optimization potential and catalyze growth expansion.

About the role
Dashboard Reporting
•\tPartnering with the team to build and develop platforms, analyses and insights to support front-line business engagements and division level initiatives.
•\tBuilding and maintaining intuitive and user-friendly dashboards with multi-segmentation drill down capabilities that effectively communicate data insights.
•\tConducting timely performance tracking on key performance indicators (KPIs), program results, industry developments and trends.
•\tSupporting Segment Revenue reporting as required.

Data Intelligence and Business Development
•\tLeveraging data analysis outcomes to derive insights and to generate data-driven recommendations that accelerate business and revenue growth.
•\tTranslating complex data into actionable insights, driving market share and revenue growth by understanding market trends, researching and identifying key challenges and potentials and bringing those opportunities to front-line sales team.
•\tSupporting on development of detailed business cases / financial analysis and modeling for commercial projects and deals, as and when arise


Process Efficiencies and Enhancements
•\tPrioritizing data accuracy and identifying opportunities for process optimization.
•\tIdentifying and researching new analytical tools / methods that drive efficiencies and ensure consistent and reliable results in support of organizational planning and decision-making.

Teamwork
•\tCollaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals and ensure seamless coverage of responsibilities when needed.
•\tSupporting VP Business Analytics on special tasks and projects as required.


About You
•\tSolid and relevant experiences on data analytics with deep technical expertise with hands-on capability in excel, presentation (e.g. MS Powerpoint) dashboard (e.g. Power BI / Tableau), and analytics applications (e.g. Fabrics / Hadoop). Fluency in programming (e.g. Python) and query (e.g. SQL) languages.
•\tExcellence problem solver, good knowledge of the payments industry and ability to create and drive business opportunities.
•\tDeep passion for deriving actionable insights through data intelligence.
•\tDemonstration of self-direction and initiative in completing assigned tasks and projects.
•\tStrong sense of responsibility and teamwork, good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels.
•\tSolid commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
