•\tExpand MasterCard business in Central America by delivering the best payment solutions.
•\tDeploy a strategy to benefit our business partners, consumers, government and communities.
•\tSupport the business development team in delivering value to customers.
•\tIdentify new opportunities by leveraging MasterCard technology, transaction information, tools, and other resources.

Role

•\tLeverage processed transactions information to build value and create customer stickiness by:
o\tPromoting usage of specialized tools and services: Portfolio analytics, Info-pack, etc.
o\tAnalyzing data to improve performance and profitability
o\tDiscovering opportunities from domestic and cross border transaction analysis.

•\tSupport internal analysis which require high specialization
o\tQMR, QBR, Early bird
o\tStrategy and financial planning
o\tMarket sizing, share, competitive intelligence
o\tPerform business analysis to discover opportunities: product portfolio, consumer, etc.
o\tMap plans for activities and project execution
o\tMaintains market Information and competitive intelligence database

All About You

•\tConsulting, consumer products, consumer finance or marketing background
•\tProblem-solving, research and analytical skills
•\tDemonstrated IT literacy to work with tools, databases and applications
•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
•\tBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar
•\tDynamic, energetic, team performer
•\tSelf-driven, able to work in small office environment
