Senior Account Manager, NetSuite

We are expanding our NetSuite sales team in Taiwan and therefore looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with strong business acumen and exceptional sales ability to join our sales team as Senior Account Manager, NetSuite (AMO)
To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and be capable to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Senior Account Manager (AMO), you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. If you have proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota — we want you!


Responsibilities:

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Account Manager, NetSuite to join our AMO (Account Management Organization) team in Taiwan. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers, with responsibility for account renewals and upsell opportunities.

As part of the NetSuite AMO team, you will carry a renewal and upsell quota, and your goal is to maintain strong customer relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and support long-term customer success.

NetSuite is a high-volume, fast-paced business. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive and comfortable managing a number of accounts and transactions. You will need strong communication and consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and propose relevant value-added solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Driving successful contract renewals and identifying upsell opportunities Building and maintaining trusted relationships with decision-makers and key users Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by acting as the customer advocate Maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline updates using internal systems Collaborating closely with internal teams such as, Pre-Sales, delivery and Support.
