Senior Account Executive

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Achieve overall territory growth and new product sales by identifying, prioritizing, and closing new business in both new and existing accounts, while maintaining base business sales.
+ Develop and regularly update annual business plan with Area Manager; build relationships across all levels and maintain appropriate contact with customers and targets; develops and execute account specific strategies; utilize resources effectively; lead / facilitate problem solving within sales team and across functions;
+ Operate with openness and honesty; set high personal and professional standards; consistently meets commitments.
**PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS**
+ College and above with major related to medical.
+ Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
+ Understands customer needs; able to articulate benefits of Point Of Care Testing products to target customers; uses good business judgment, negotiation skills.
+ Sales experience in hospital. Experience selling complex solutions to customers that involve multiple influencers and decision makers.
+ Knowledge of IDN and multi-site hospital sales and implementation is preferred. Knowledge of selling to Academic Institutions is a plus.
