Become part of our growing business by joining the Oracle Security Specialist Sales team. You will lead a team of Security Solutions Sales Specialists, working with our Enterprise customers and Sales teams to bring their deep and broad expertise in Security, with use-cases relevant to the customers Industry. We work with customers to help them achieve their business goals and desired business-outcomes through a comprehensive set of Security services including Database security, Data security, Identity Management.
As a Security Solutions Leader you will be regarded as a sales authority within our enterprise sales organization, working with our most meaningful, strategic, high-growth customers. You will collaborate with Sales leaders, and a team of technical, product, partner, and supporting resources to develop and advance the sales process, and exceed quarterly Security revenue targets in your assigned accounts.

What You’ll Do
Solution Specialist Leaders lead their team to support the sales process and outcomes for strategic Security opportunities.
Work in partnership with leadership, field account teams, business development, engineering, industry architects, and horizontally across the Oracle technology ecosystem to lead the pursuit & capture of Oracle Security deals
Support and help lead the account team through the Security solution sales process from initial planning, strategic targeting, deal origination, building trust and credibility, negotiation, through closure.
This role will set the Security deal direction, own the pursuit strategy, assign roles, manage quality of work, and be accountable to the overall revenue and cost objectives of Oracle’s Security solution specialists.
Identify key Security decision makers at targeted accounts and deeply understand their decision-making process and executive influencers
Primary influencer to modeling the investment business case, adoption frameworks and business outcomes to build and execute the winning strategies
Develops executive and senior management relationships, being viewed as a "trusted advisor” for Security within targeted pursuits and internal Oracle partners
Defines and influences approval on financial and commercial structures balancing Oracle’s Security solutions current and future capabilities, customer requests, partners, competition, market demand, and business outcomes
Be a change-agent, game-changer, and collaborator to mobilize ”one oracle”
