Security Manager - Pre Opening (French speaking)

DescriptionThe overall scope of the Security Manager is to ensure that safety and security measures in the hotel are observed at all times.

Key Responsibilities\nDevelop and approve a contingency plans for all areas of security (i.e. fire, bomb threat, access control, prostitution, etc).\nSecurity staff is supervised and ensures they discharge their duties effectively.\n24 hour security coverage is provided throughout the Hotel.\nKnowledge of all local laws is understood and adhered to.\nPlay an active role as a member of the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team\nEffective access control, key control and material control systems have been put in place as measures of preventative security.  \nEnsure investigations have been conducted and concluded in case of theft, loss, acts of vandalism, arson, accident or any other incident of a security nature.\nAll surveillance equipment is operated and maintained according to standards.\nRegular security rounds are performed daily within the 24 hour period.\nTraffic Management has been organized and set up and the relevant people informed and trained.\n


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nMinimum of 8 to 10 years experience in a position pertaining to security.  Knowledge or experience in Hotel an asset.\nFluent in French & English. \nKnowledge of the fire control\nExperiment of judicial enquiry appreciated\nKnowledge of CCTV security systems\nPractical and control of the martial arts\nFlexibility in the scheduling \n
